Location, price comparing the area, spacious room, hot tub.
In Flagstaff any hotel away from the railroad tracks is a plus.
Everything seemed well worn and a little used up.
I loved the price point, the accessibility fro the freeway, and a great continental breakfast.
Beds were too hard, and walls were to thin we were able to here tv from next room.
Did not prebook but managed to get. A room ....very nice room clean and comfy .. Staff on reception when we arrived very friendly We liked it as there was somewhere to have something to eat . Without having to drive .. Lovely food .... We would stay there again if in the area
The beds stunk of hoover dust. No proper breakfast swimming pool entry impossible to access- who area needs renivating I.E. remodeling. We would never never go there again. Beds were sooo uncomfortable. You need to get comfortable mattresses - just concentrate on this.
Spend some money and get yourselves good firm comfortable mattresses No-where to walk. Cannot swim. Area like a garbage tip literally. Today is the first day I saw my chance to fill in this form. disappointed in Phoenix.
Room was old and carpet was ripped and dirty, the chairs had stains on them, the sauna was non-existent, I fell in the jacuzzi room
No heat, no sauna, stinky not worth the money.
Morning staff was very unfriendly. We had to leave very early in the morning and we asked if it was possible to receive a packed breakfast as it was included in the price. She told that he cannot start breakfast earlier than usual time due to some health regulation. We didn't ask to put everything out just asked for eg. Two apples and two muffins. She refused. In other hotels usually there is no problem to fulfil such kind of request. Towels were dirty with lipstick stains and some green stuff - I don't want to know what was it at all....
It was scary.
It was scary and too expensive for the accommodations.
price for area, room was clean
The grounds where run down and a mess, it seemed people were living in the hotel. Pool was empty (no water) and decaying, they had outdoor carpet in the courtyard and walkways that was torn and tattered through out the whole area.locks on the buildings doors from the parking lot were missing, however the holes were in the doors where they use to be, very tacky looking. Sometimes presentation of the building is everything in this case a total flop......gives the impression "NOT SAFE" I considered not staying and counting my loss when I arrived in the parking lot.......
Cheap room & located close to the freeway.
Facilities were very run down. I would not take my family there.
Check in was quick and room was clean.
Mattress was so uncomfortable. We could feel the springs and very hard. Overall stay was great except for that. Please get new mattresses or al least cover with mattress toppers of some kind. Getting to room with inside entrances is an inconvenience but also was safer for your guests.
I only liked the fact that is was close to the highway, and the cheapest that I could find for that area. I could have done a heck of a lot better.
Even for the price I paid, I overpaid. I think this hotel should have been at least 20-30 dollars less for the night. Our room had a fridge and microwave, but no hairdryer. I had to borrow one from the front desk and the first one was broken. Luckily they had 2 available and the 2nd one worked. The room was not that clean and the furniture was old and mix and match style. Breakfast was just danish, cereal, and coffee/juice. Glad it was just one night's stay.
The patio door would not lock as it should have. They had put a device on it to lock, not a regular lock. Probably will not stay at another Rodeway Inn in our travels.
Room was clean and comfortable.
Lobby and hallways a little shabby, but not too bad.
